This quick online assessment (30 questions) of total wellbeing considers emotional, practical and physical components. The tool is consistent across geographic and cultural boundaries and does not require employees to complete an extensive health risk assessment; instead, it uses simple questions to identify potential health risks to employees and employers (in aggregate) and provides basic information on improvement.
