Wellness Information

When you use our wellness services, we may collect:

  • Counseling Session Information: Appointment scheduling and session history
  • Wellness Journal Entries: Private notes you create in the app (encrypted)
  • Mood Tracking Data: Self-reported emotional states and wellness metrics
  • Session History: Records of scheduled and completed counseling appointments
  • AI Chat Conversations: Interactions with Zenn AI for wellness support
  • Assessment Results: Results from wellness assessments you complete

We DO NOT:

  • WPO Network Therapists: Licensed therapists who provide your counseling services need access to relevant information to deliver care. All therapists are bound by professional confidentiality and ethical requirements.
  • Service Providers: We work with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate our platform:
    • Stripe (payment processing)
    • Supabase (secure database hosting)
    • Email service providers (for appointment reminders)
    • Cloud storage providers (for encrypted data storage)
    All service providers are contractually required to protect your information with appropriate security measures.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Balance For Life, our users, or others.

Balance For Life is not intended for use by children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are under 18, please do not provide any information on our platform.

If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 18, please contact us immediately.
