Who is Parenting Pathways for?
Any adult holding a family together: parents, step-parents, guardians and grandparents. Siblings are supported too. You do not need to be the one in crisis to call.
Do I need my child to be a member?
No. Parenting Pathways is part of every membership, $19.95 a month, and part of the student program at participating schools. If your child’s school offers it, ask them for the access details.
What can I talk about?
Anything. Homework battles, a diagnosis you are still absorbing, a teenager who has stopped talking, substance use in the house, your own exhaustion. There is no topic that is too small or too big.
Is it confidential?
Yes. Your sessions are yours. The school, your employer and your child’s counselor do not see what you talk about. In an emergency, a counselor will help you get immediate help.
Is Zenn a therapist?
No. Zenn is an AI wellness companion, not a therapist or an emergency service. It is a place to start at 2 a.m., and it connects you with a licensed counselor when a conversation needs one. In an emergency, call 911, or call or text 988.
