Get the code from HR or your benefits portal. Go to Get started, enter it in the company code field, and continue. A valid code covers your membership, so there is no payment step.

You get up to 10 counseling sessions for each qualifying life event: grief, divorce, job loss, a new diagnosis, a major transition. When a new life event comes up, a new set of sessions comes with it. Zenn, your journal, workshops and crisis support stay available either way.

Log in on the web or in the app and open Settings to update your profile, contact details and notifications, and to see your session history. If your employer sponsors your membership, ask HR about your benefit.

Update to the latest version, close and reopen the app, check your connection, then restart your phone. If that does not fix it, reinstall the app and email support@balanceforlifebh.com with what you are seeing.

Yes. Counseling sessions are confidential and counselors are bound by professional standards. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, we never sell it, and employers cannot see individual session details. Read the privacy policy for the full picture.
