Delete Your Balance For Life Account
We're sorry to see you go. Follow the instructions below to delete your account and associated data.
Option A: Delete from within the app (Recommended)
If you can log in to your Balance For Life account, you can delete your account directly:
- Open the Balance For Life app or go to www.balanceforlifebh.com/platform
- Log in to your account
- Go to Settings
- Select "Delete Account"
- Confirm your deletion request
This will permanently delete your account and all associated data.
Option B: Can't log in? Submit a deletion request
If you cannot access your account, you can request account deletion by filling out this form. We'll verify your identity via email before processing the deletion.
You can also email us directly at support@balanceforlifebh.com with subject "Account Deletion Request".
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
Data that will be permanently deleted:
- Your account email and profile information
- Your authentication credentials
- Journal entries and personal notes
- Chat history with Zenn AI
- Session bookings and history
- Personal preferences and settings
- Any other user-generated content
Data that may be retained:
- Security logs and fraud prevention records (as required by law)
- Transaction records for legal/tax compliance (anonymized)
- Data required to comply with legal obligations
Processing Timeline
After we verify your identity, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Identity Verification
To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized deletions, we may email you to confirm your deletion request before processing. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) for a verification email.
