Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your account, with no fees. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
How do the 10 counseling sessions work?
Each qualifying life event, such as grief, divorce, a job loss, a new diagnosis or a major transition, comes with up to 10 sessions with a licensed counselor. If a new event comes up later, a new set of sessions comes with it.
Do I need insurance?
No. The membership is paid directly, with no insurance, no referral and no claims to file. If your employer or school gave you a company code, enter it at sign-up and there is no payment step.
Is my information private?
Your conversations, journal and check-ins are yours. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, we never sell your information, and counseling sessions are confidential. Our privacy policy has the details.
Do you offer memberships for companies or schools?
Yes. Organizations get a company code their people use at sign-up, plus onboarding, reporting and critical-incident support. Book a demo and we will walk you through it.
